Very clean facilities, consistently no matter which location I've been to over many years. I've never had a waxologist who didn't pay close attention to my comfort and kept an eye out for details such as ingrown hairs that needed to be removed with individually with tweezers. I'm a bigger girl and I've never been made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable with necessary clothing removed. The only thing I might say could be improved on, or that has been inconsistent from appointment to appointment is the aftercare instructions. How long to wait before bathing or swimming etc, the importance of exfoliation and when to do that. Also, usually about half the time, I'm given packets of bacitracin and/or hydrocortisone ointment when I check out at the front desk, with instructions of which cream or ointment to use at home, on which areas and when. I do find these instructions and the proper single use packets to ensure the best outcome possible has been very helpful for me. Most people have antibiotic ointment and hydrocortisone at home, but having the packet reminds me to do the proper after care, and reminds the staff at the salon to give those instructions every time. Depending on the time of the year, a couple of months pass between waxing, and I do forget the ibsfeuction specifics in the meantime.
