• The biggest area for me is customer service. Therfore, Lucie did an awesome job of explaining pre treatment and during the waxing. She did a very good job of not only making sure I was comfortable but explaing the process and answering questions along the way. Facility was very clean and welcoming, especially for a male client. The process was very quick and and a clean and thorough job. I definitely would recommend anyone for their services.
