• I give it a 10 because Samantha does very good job, and she works quickly but she also takes the time to get the hair removed properly, and she is always making sure that the wax temperature is OK and that you're feeling OK. Actually, all of the girls at LunchBoxWax in Lubbock are very courteous and sweet.
