• I found a waxer with good quality work. I haven't been too affected by a lot of staff turnover. Appointments are pretty easy to book, not as easy to reschedule unless you reach out to the appointment bot. It is easy to reschedule with the bot--I saved its number in my contacts. Appointments always run on time and when it didn't in the past, I was compensated with free waxes which I appreciated.
