  • I saw a different waxer in early 2023 than I had been seeing for a long time and I wasn't told i'd be seeing someone else until I arrived. I understand it is not always possible but I'd prefer to know if I am seeing someone new and be offered the chance to rebook with my chosen provider. The new provider didn't offer to book my next appointment after the service. I am not very good at remembering those kinds of things so then when it had been way longer than I normally wait between visits, I finally set up a new appointment and was bummed to find out my previous provider is gone. I know you can't broadcast every time someone leaves but it felt disingenuous to not warn me about the change if waxer before the last appointment and to not rebook, like perhaps you already knew that provider was leaving or had left and purposely didn't share that with me. It seems like if one of your regular clients always sees the same provider and that provider leaves, you should get in touch with those clients and help them select a new provider.
