• The kindness. I accidentally made the appointment at the wrong salon. When I showed up for my appointment at the location where I thought I had made the appointment but didn't have one, they squeezed me in! When I called the salon where I accidentally made the appointment but didn't show, they didn't charge me for the missed appointment. That was so nice of all involved. I really appreciate it!

• Everything was spot on, the first time I that I asked for a full face I actually got a full face, in Colorado the place I had gone to for over 15 years considered a full face eye brows, lip, chin and that's it.
