• The service is always professional and friendly and I feel comfortable asking questions or expressing concerns about wax temperature or what to expect. The staff are all responsible and clearly know how to handle guests. I'm she's offered water and an opportunity to use the bathroom. The rooms are clean and each waxologist has good hygiene and sanitation habits.
