• I love the staff although over the time I've been coming in I've noticed there's a huge turnover of staff besides that the establishment is extremely clean! and the staff members are very nice and well trained. However, I did receive a long text message from Im assuming the manager with regards to me canceling I do understand that any cancellation is a problem, but that's why you charge a cancellation fee. I just feel like it was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for any manager to suggest that I will be forced to buy the product of buy five get one free due to my history of canceling! . I just thought that it was totally unacceptable and inappropriate for the manager to send me such a long text message.I took it as a THREAT!
