I have spent the past five years trying to find any studio in my part of Florida that felt like Radiance. There are none and Radiance is a gift to us all. I don't take it for granted.
Radiance Yoga selects excellent snd committed yoga teachers. The School also innovates the program regularly.
Claudia's class gives a great overall stretch, along with core and balance work.
