the whole experience was excellent, I particularly enjoyed the emphasis on mindfulness and the encouragement to listen to my body. The final meditation HAR and relaxation period left me feeling in a beautiful frequency, reenergized.

Excellent instructor, clean facility, blankets and props readily available. Also, I really liked the warm, relaxed atmosphere of the whole place. My first time there but I felt at home.

This was one of the best workshops I have attended at Radiance. I love Yuki, and I have attended previous workshops. I will regularly work on self massage and am so excited to share the knowledge with my family as well.
