Because Kate is an outstanding teacher. She is knowledgeable, interesting, and she creates a beautiful warm group setting!

All of the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable.
I'm not sure which class is under survey, but Robin's Intermediate class was amazing. She stepped up the demands of instruction, but left lots of room for options. I was grateful for the workout. Aviva's class is always lovely. Readying for the holidays with a focus on balance and gratitude. So lovely.
I love Kate's classes. Even though I'm on zoom, she makes me feel like I'm there and part of the community! I've also learned a lot about mantra and her classes have definitely made me stronger. I look forward to every Tuesday and someday hope to make a field trip to Virginia from New Jersey.
