I love the facility and the teachers. Best yoga studio in Old Town. Specifically, Gretchen is a super-talented teacher (and athlete herself). I am grateful for the Core stretch and strength course--just what I need. It is really motivating to be in her class where she is instructing us in some really challenging poses with multiple reps while talking in a normal voice the whole time! She is amazing.
