I scored a 10 because my hair is always nicely done.
Staff is courteous, acknowledges you when you arrive, and beautician (hair stylist) listens to what you want done.
Everyone is friendly and polite. There was no wait, I was taken to the chair on time. Sarah was awesome and the lady that shampooed my hair (I'm sorry I wish I knew her name) was great. She knew I had extensions and made sure she wasn't hurting me. Her nails also felt amazing!!! I wish she could wash my hair everyday lol.
