Everyone is friendly and polite. There was no wait, I was taken to the chair on time. Sarah was awesome and the lady that shampooed my hair (I'm sorry I wish I knew her name) was great. She knew I had extensions and made sure she wasn't hurting me. Her nails also felt amazing!!! I wish she could wash my hair everyday lol.
