I was greeted at the door by who I believe was the owner and she knew my name when she welcomed me, I was only there for a consultation but I felt just as important to them as a client there getting services done. I had a consultation with Tiffanie who was so professional, knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed even though she was busy, she also is coming in early to accommodate my schedule for a extension service. I look forward to being a long time future client at Racine, my first impression was a perfect one.
