Loved the consult and the end result. I think tho when booking a 'partial highlight', (halo highlight) there needs to be some discussion that a toner is another fifty dollars and then I was charged for a blowout too, which I would've assumed was part of the service. I thought I'd be spending 100 plus tip, but it was 185 and tip. You should let your clients know it's not included to blow dry your hair.
