Friendly out going customer service woman, immediate acknowledgement upon entering, prompt intoxicated by the staff, friendly conversation with hair stylist, only 1 thing that I could suggest, multiple line and a second person to take calls, maybe it could be-- for scheduling only press 1 and that person can be remote and part time(during busiest time) I had to call 17 times from opening till about 2 hours later when predicted 5x n finally got someone)
