Well I was only in the salon for about 10 minutes. Haven't had any actual services yet. I figure there is always room for improvement so I gave score of nine. If all works out the way I hope, and I am in love with my hair after my first visit, I will raise it to attend.. The good news is, everyone was helpful given my unique circumstances.
Always feel welcomed and comfortable, like a mini vaca for a few hours :)
