• I have been to the spa 4 times now and I am more and more impressed on every visit. This is not one of the spa "factories" where you feel like a random body when you are having a treatment. Everything here is top quality.... from the way one is greeted, the atmosphere, the professionalism and competence of the staff..... and absolutely wonderful treatments. Its a real find!

• Easy to book appointments here, and the staff I dealt with were very professional and courteous. Melissa (pretty sure that is her name) at the front desk is bubbly and welcoming. The facility is located in a building within a shopping center, on the second floor. They have a private parking lot for customers to park in. It isn't super easy to find, but not too confusing either. After filling out some paperwork, Melissa lead me to the locker room area. Nothing fancy, but clean and nice. Loved the robe, and the sandals were fine. I would suggest having some more products, like razors, shaving cream, moisturizer, etc, unless they do have those and I just missed it. Also, don't forget to take the locker key with you when you head to the relaxation room/lounge! That is where you wait for whoever your appointment is with. It is cozy but nothing special- nuts, tea, water with lemon, and some magazines to browse through. The music is nice and the ambiance peaceful and pretty quiet. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Victoria. Definitely recommend her to anyone who likes a strong massage, especially if you deal with chronic pain. She listened when I asked her to use less pressure, and loosened up all the tense spots in my body, some of which I didn't know I had! Basically, every inch of my body was loose and relaxed by the time I left. This place is a great reminder of what spas should be like. I don't know how the prices for services here compare to other spas, but to me, $160.00 for a 90 minute massage with an extremely skilled and talented masseuse is worth it. Eve

The ambiance and tranquil setting makes everything amazing! The massage therapist all great and truly cater to your needs! I have referred many family members to this spa and they too have enjoyed every moment of it!

• An afternoon at Rachele rose day spa always makes me feel so good. Ricardo checked us in, he's so friendly and sweet. Ricardo also gave me my Swedish hot towel massage. The ambiance is soothing. Ricardo always seems to know exactly where I'm aching. He gives the best massages, I can't bring myself to go to any other place or get massaged by any other person. Thank you for a serene afternoon! I'll be back soon!
