I didn't have to make an appointment I was a walk-in. Front desk gal was super friendly and sweet! She gave me the paperwork for new customers and then she went over all the options I had and the promos that were going on. The nurse that gave me the IV was very kind and checked in on me frequently! She explained the whole process and answered all my questions! I felt at ease and felt like I was just relaxing at home!
