This event is taking place in our surreal one and only Salt Cave in the city. The combination of Salt Therapy and the Wim Hof Breathing Method will definitely leave you feeling rejuvenated Mind, Body and Soul. The Wim Hof Method breathing techniques have been developed by Wim Hof, who is also known as The Iceman. He believes you can accomplish incredible feats by developing command over your body through use of specific breathing techniques.

This is said to help to boost your immune system, improve your productivity, performance, and overall well-being. Hof believes that learning to develop mastery over your nervous, immune, and cardiovascular systems will help you be happier, stronger, and healthier. Please arrive at 7:45pm so that you have time to fill out the waiver form if it is your first time at Quantum. Only water is aloud in the Salt Cave. The Salt Cave is kept between 18-20 degrees celcius, which is a little on the cool side, so bring a sweater. We do provide everybody with two blankets.
