The workout was challenging but the instructor and staff motivated you while also being kind and respectful that everyone was on a different level. Theywanted to see you pushing yourself not killing yourself but trust me they'll get more out of you than you think you have. The environment is very friendly and welcoming and I think a lot of people are curious about boxing but are perhaps a little intimidated to get started. That shouldn't be a concernat Queensbury Rules. Lastly, the facilities are great and there are several showers available for afterwards because trust me you'll sweat!
