• Jose, my masseuse, was absolutely phenomenal, as well as the other masseuses who worked on my two friends who came with me! We were chatting about our experiences afterwards and were very satisfied with our service. I've been to several different spas ranging from the Senses spa on the Disney cruise line, Burke Williams on Santana Row, as well as the Claremont in Berkeley, and I'm happy to say that this was one of THE BEST massages I've ever gotten! I was originally assigned to a female masseuse, but something had happened where she ended up needing to reassign me and she inquired whether I was opposed to having a male masseuse (and I honestly didn't mind). I appreciated the consideration and care she took in ensuring I was comfortable with the change, and in the end, I was more than satisfied with the massage I got! Thanks so much, Jose!
