My mom and I going every weekend after spin. From the beginning all the girls who work there have been extremely nice and helpful when we visit for cryotherapy. My mom is a bit older and has a hard time with her session and the girls talk her through it to help her calm down. We love going here and look forward to our sessions every weekend!
