Heather the Owner. Her knowledge, warmth and kindness towards the clients. The cleanliness of the spa. From the first, I was relaxed. That says a lot for an intense person. I value staff like Rachel who are thorough and friendly. I based my assessment from the first visit. I was impressed. I look forward to when the lounge expands and can accommodate float therapy. Thank you also for the color therapy.
