Very nice and helpful gals working the front desk. My husband and I used the double sauna room twice so far and loved it. They have the option to listen to soothing music which we did or turn on the TV and watch something. You can also adjust which color lights to use inside the sauna. We chose the auto option and really soaked in all the different benefits from the changing infrared lighting.
