• I loved the notes that go to Chandar gave during each posture and meditation. It was a very welcoming experience and I felt incredible afterwards. It had Been 10 years since I've done a kundalini yoga class and I will definitely be back. Trying to get my husband to come with me! Thank you so much for a wonderful first experience.
