Jennifer is an outstanding Pilates teacher. She is working patiently with a novice and senior H/W in semi private sessions. We are at very different levels of flexibility, strength and knowledge of basic stretch and exercise movements. After only a few sessions, she has begun to tailor our Pilates program to these differences. We are optimistic that we both will benefit from Pilates .
