I recently tried out this Pilates studio and really enjoyed the experience. It’s super beginner friendly and the space is bright and welcoming. I noticed a diverse age group, which I appreciated, but I do think the class could benefit from a more upbeat playlist and clearer cueing/ repeating cueing. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’m looking forward to going back!

My instructor made sure to come over and correct my movements through out the class to help ensure I was doing the movements correctly. She even made sure at the start of class to come and show me how to properly use the equipment. Which was much different from another studio I had gone to in the past. The instructor was also energetic and seemed like she enjoy what she does.
