All the instructors are dedicated and knowledgeable who love what they do and it shows. They motivate and challenge you with correct techniques, proper breathing and body position along with encouraging shoutouts. I appreciate the variety of exercises and always leave the classes energized. In addition, there is a sense of community with encouragement and no judgment by fellow students or instructors. Purely Pilates is the best!

My trainer takes the time to explain things and work with me to the best of my abilities. She is friendly and respectfully. The facility is clean and she sanitize the equipment before a new person hops on.

I really enjoyed my classes. They were a great amount of work and stretch and offered options for different levels. I wish there were more times, come August I won't be able to fit Purely Pilates in my work schedule
