• I had a great workout and the trainer made a point of making sure my daughter and I were in the same group (I was visiting) the trainer also personally checked if I had any injuries.

• I love the variety offered, whether it be weight based, cardio, a mix of both.. the list goes on. Never have I done 2 classes the same. All the trainers are really happy, friendly, knowledgeable and motivating.
