• Friendly. Great instruction. Respectful of our time. Yoga classes can vary in length slightly due to the inherent dynamics w instruction and diversity of student experience. Instructor modified class sequence slightly so class could end on time. I especially appreciated that since it was a miracle I could squeeze that hour in my day anyway.
