• Instructors are very welcoming, as a first time student I have not been made to feel awkward about my inability to be flexible or balanced. The special things like candle light and ice cold lavender towels are wonderful. I am also a rep for doTerra and essential oils are a special part of my life.

• Love all the Hot Yoga classes. Teachers are great. Yin is also very good. I would love to see more Hot Yoga classes, maybe one on Friday or early Saturday. Thank you.
