• I had an opportunity to speak with the owner and she was a very pleasant and professional individual. She seems excited about what she's doing and I could tell that by how excited she was of the outcome of the service that she rendered me on that day. We'd had a small incident the past week which she cleared up very professionally and I was satisfied with the outcome of that. I also thoroughly enjoy the facials that I get every 2-4 weeks from Taylor, who is an amazing esthetician. My skin is almost where I want it to be. She's very knowledgeable of what she does and I can honestly say that out of the many times I've gotten facials from different spas, I'm glad to finally start seeing results. Customer service is impeccable!
