• My appointment was originally given to another client who came in an hour early so I had to wait an hour for my scheduled appointment. To be fair I was 6 minutes late. However I didn't think I would have to wait that long. You guys more than made up for it. My room was upgraded. My massage therapist Ronald had amazing hands. The young lady that checked me in and out was extremely accommodating, nice and friendly. (I wish I could remember her name)I appreciate the warm neck wrap and mimosa she gave me. I was really pampered and appreciative. I love your service and will be happy to refer anyone to Pure Vichy. I feel amazing!Thank you so much for taking care of me😘
