• The instructors are excellent, they work you hard but that is what they have been hired to do. The routines are challenging but not repetitive. I love the 20 min workout - in and out. And I feel great when I leave, really energized I know I am getting a great workout by how much I sweat :)

• I find the 20 minute program works well for me - the instructors make you work hard and keep you focused and I know that I am stronger and have greater flexibility than when I began the program. Also with so many different classes to choose from I am never bored with the same routine. The instructors are helpful and encouraging - so it is a welcoming environment and I enjoy attending classes and as a result attend on a very regular bases.
