The yoga instructor was super great. She seemed really knowledgeable and was good at making everyone feel welcome. It was my first time trying it and I plan on getting a membership now. I'm a newbie but didn't feel excluded from the group as most people looked like they had a little bit more knowledge/flexibility than me! Super relaxing and I'm excited to come back!🤗
