I'm biased because my daughter was teaching the class however that was my first visit to the studio for a class... I was impressed by the professionalism, organization and cleanliness. I give a lot of credit and recognition to the program and her teacher as I was impressed with how good the class was and how well she taught it. It has been 6 years since I have done a yoga class but I was able to follow the description of the movements well. I am very grateful for this opportunity that the studio has given my daughter.
