• Everything was very good but I would highly suggest that as a courtesy explain to the client what is occurring during a facial (what the steps are, what does that feature do, how does it help your skin). I enjoyed my facial but would have liked to know what each step was and why it was being done (how it benefitted my skin) etc. just a suggestion
