• Hello. I actually need to talk to someone about the last microneedling treatment I had at your Chandler location, I believe it was in August. I think I developed scarring and pigmentation issues from this treatment. I think it might have been the aesthetician overworking or going too hard at it. Also, at my last facial when I expressed these concerns with a different aesthetician, she mentioned that you may have had a bad batch of needles that were tearing at peoples skin. Can I please get the contact information for who I can talk to about this? I would like to know more about what was wrong with the needles and whether I may have been affected. I would like to discuss too how we may start working to correct the new issues the last microneedling session created in my skin. I am very disheartened and troubled by the new scarring and pigmentation issues Im seeing. I look forward to hearing from someone who can help. Thank you, Lauren Routen
