• Michelle was super helpful over the phone in helping me book my Initial appointment and then once I arrived, Kayla was AMAZING! She already knew I was coming from talking to Michelle and seemed just as excited as I was to help me get started. She was also very informative. The facility was beautiful, clean and an overall very relaxing environment, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I feel like you have to be really intentional these days about making time for self care and pure sweat has created the perfect space for that, from the education they provide in the office, all the way to the retail products they offer that also align with the message of overall wellness and health! I LOVED the entire experience from start to finish and am so excited to continue my journey there, making pure sweat a vital part of my regular wellness and self care routine! Really can't say enough great things, I've already told my boyfriend that we are going to sign him up for a membership as well, because I love that taking time to be intentional and present and take care of ourselves is something we can do together :)
