• The sole receptionist running the location was phenomenal and had the vigor and composure of a 5-star event planner, project manager, or commanding officer in the theater of war. She is to be commended, and my rating was not a 10 because that made things appear hyper-energized since she had to manage all operations on her own and simultaneously. This is obviously counter to the internal state that your saunas are designed to create and that I sought. So, accolades to her multi-tasking effort but a minor recommendation of improvement to the leadership to provide her with assistance on days where lots of clients are scheduled. The ambiance up front would foster restoration and calm. I would still highly recommend your location and service to anyone.

• Best experience ever. Wish I could afford to come every day! Thoughtful accommodations with the shower, towels, head rests, ear plugs, shampoo, etc. My only critique is maybe have the water just a bit deeper, then it would be perfect. Thank you for the experience!
