• I would have given a 10, but please offer free water in cups. I was told it was available for purchase, and that seemed a bit like nickel and dining someone who just came out of a sauna and needs to hydrate. If there is free coffee and tea, you could offer cups and a water station - most people are used to getting a cup of water after a massage, etc., so to say you sell it felt sort of ridiculous. I liked everything else though, just offer the water for free and you would have a perfect 10 from me!
