• Nice facility, new environment, polite girl at the front, management was very helpful on the phone and a great experience. One tip tho... if a person who has never done this before, have the staff take an extra few minutes to inform them of what to expect, how this works, do's and don'ts, give them TIME to read the back of the door before hitting the timer, be sure the timer is SET cause I had no clue when I started or how much longer I had. And even tho most all of my info was given over the phone I still had to do the 20 questions when I got there on the pad but that is probably normal these days.
