• It was AMAZING! Karen was so sweet and very informative and welcoming! She showed us a tour to help us understand the other services and their benefits. Everything you could even consider was there in our room, including head floats, instructions since it was our first time. Our room included more than expected with amazing quality of shampoo and conditioner for afterwards which still remained the relaxing ambiance. We were very happy with our experience!
