  • The care the staff radiates.
  • 9 out of 10 my experience is excellent. This last visit was disappointing though. The massage therapist (I can't remember her name) did a Swedish massage instead of deep tissue. And she talked way too much and moved as fast as she massaged. It was hard to relax. I did ask her to slow down about 10 minutes in to the session, and she did a little bit but it was still rushed. I stopped responding to her and she finally stopped talking. About the last 15 minutes, I told her she wasn't applying enough pressure. She added more pressure but movement was still too fast. I was so disappointed. I did a couples massage for my daughter and I and her massage was the same experience. The facial was okay, but we were expecting hot stones and it just seemed shorter than usual. However, the facial experience was better than the massage. The receptionist did discount the 2 massages and that helped soften the disappointment and I appreciated the gesture. We will return and look forward to the friendly staff and I'm sure a better experience because as I stated, 9 out of 10 it is always amazing.
