• Booked couple’s massage early to celebrate one month wedding annivsary, received an e-mail day before saying my reservations had been cancelled when I never cancelled it. I called and apparently one of the front desk girls accidentally cancelled mine instead of another clients. That’s fine, understand mistake happens but when I tried to rebook the front desk had made two separate instead of same room since is a couple’s massage. I knew because I got two separate emails so when I called again the lady Lauren wasn’t the friendlist. I understand Pure has a large volume of clients but a little southern hospitality would be nice. Been getting facials here for months and love it, was first time getting a massage. Heidi and Katy were amazing and so so sweet.
