• I was wanting a last minute massage on a Saturday. I called your spa and Katie answered the phone. She was kind, helpful, and able to get me in for a last minute appointment. I arrived at the salon an hour early to spend time in the Waterhouse. The locker room was clean and I was able to find everything I needed. I enjoyed a good glass of white wine and the hot tub while reading my book. That hour was so relaxing and put me in the right headspace for my massage. My massage with Katie was exactly what I needed. Thank you for an all around great experience!

• You've updated some equipment since the last time I was in, which is nice. The massage chair worked and was comfortable. The salon has always been clean and inviting. Carolyn was delightful and did a great job. All the staff were cheerful and friendly! Plus, you're so conveniently located, just blocks from my home.
