• Hannah was very thorough with the Hydrofacial. I asked a lot of questions about it cuz I've never had one. My skin was glowing afterward. I bought some products that I really needed. Can't wait come back.

• I got a great massage and really like Megan, my massage therapist. I would have scored the facilities a 10 except no one seemed to be cleaning up after the customers. There were used glasses in the waiting area in the wet room and used glasses in the steam room. Also there what appeared to be pubic hair on the sink area in the ladies locker room and the area looked liked it needed to be cleaned. I just joined as a member and I hope this was not the normal.
