• The expertise of Paula (my dermatologist says I have really met a jewel and is equally impressed with Paula's eye for things that need attention), the personal touch/friendliness of receptionist Brenda who calls me by name, and excellent hair care by Katie! They are the best in their areas that I have experienced: it's why I keep coming back!
